Please join us for a discussion on how to create and implement the best schedule for your team. We will be discussing various scheduling models and the pros and cons that can come with each model, along with some new solutions to common scheduling challenges.

- Be able to describe different scheduling models and the pros and cons that often come with each.
- Be able to apply new solutions to common scheduling challenges.
- Understand how to implement efficiencies in the scheduling process such as when to invest in scheduling software. Also understand what limitations come with various efficiencies and that there will always be a human element.
