Quality Improvement Methods, Tools, and Measurement
QSEA’s QI Methods, Tools and Measurement Module will present practical tools and approaches which can be used as part of any quality improvement project. After learning the IHI Model for Improvement, a live session with mini-lecture and breakout sessions will allow participants to learn how to use a fishbone diagram, and process map and develop measures as part of an improvement project.
