COVID-19 Check-in Guide: Wellbeing & The Power of Interpersonal Connection
SHM's Wellbeing Taskforce has created a 3-step Guide designed to help hospitalists check in with themselves and others. Being on frontlines of the pandemic, Hospitalists face unique work and non-work related stressors. Wellbeing support is absolutely critical. In this webinar, two members SHM's Wellbeing Taskforce will explore COVID's impact on psychological wellbeing, explain the need for honest sharing and connection, and train participants to use the Guide to build mutual support within their team.
